WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
Pepper Bridge, St. Claire, Forgotten Hills, Old Stones
WHAT DID WE PUT IT IN?
25% New French Oak, 75% Seasoned and Neutral French Oak
HOW DOES IT SMELL AND TASTE?
Big front palate. Explosive fruit with a lot of structure. If this wine had abs they’d be a mirror image of The Situation. Next comes a nice mid-palate with lengthy, focused, pointed, bold tannins. Not tannins that show off, just ones that can’t be missed, like Thursday nights on MTV. The end brings a long finish…you know what we mean…you’re gonna need more than 15 minutes for this one.
WHAT DO I EAT THIS WITH?
Big, saucy, fatty foods. You’re gonna need two trips to the gym the day after drinking
this wine.
